Upon placing an order in our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

 

ORDERS

  • Designer Blooms reserves the right to refuse non-Designer Blooms items to be part of the delivery (such as, but not limited to gifts, toys, chocolates and hand-written cards). Designer Blooms will not be held liable for the loss of or failure to deliver these items.

  • We do not customize online orders. However, you may do so in one of our flower shops or pop-up stores.

  • We can include a personalized message to your arrangement. This will be printed on our signature DB card.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the intended delivery date and a full refund will be issued. Cancellation of orders made within 24 hours of deliver will be charged in full.

  • To request for cancellation, email us at delivery@designerblooms.com or via phone.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • For disputes, the customer must show proof of purchase (order number, order form, and/or a receipt, AND a photo of the product in question) within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Every Designer Blooms gift is a special expression of the care you give to someone. If your order arrived in a condition that doesn’t reflect those feelings, please contact us at delivery@designerblooms.com and we’ll make things right given that you have provided us the necessary information.

 

PRODUCTS AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • We try our best to deliver the exact product as seen in the photographs, but at times due to the season and availability, substitution may occur.

  • Due to the above mentioned, Designer Blooms reserves the right to alter or modify order specifications to conform to its corporate policies without prior notice such as color, kind of flowers or packaging. Rest assured, our goal is to give you complete customer satisfaction and to provide you an arrangement of equal value and greater satisfaction.

  • NO CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER CAN BE MADE AFTER PURCHASE.

PRICES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

  • All prices exclude the delivery charge. The delivery fee will be added to your cart after address and post code is inputted.

  • Prices of products and delivery fees are subject to change without notice, especially during peak seasons.

 

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOS

  • From time to time, we offer our products at discounted prices. These may be availed while supplies last.

  • In order to avail of our promos, please input the coupon code upon checkout.

  • For promos that involve memberships, we may send you an email to verify your membership in order to validate the promo you used.

  • Unless otherwise stated, we only allow one promotion code to be used per order.

 

PAYMENTS

  • We accept payments via credit card, debit card and OTC banking.

  • Credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly.

  • We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details because it is processed by PayPal and iPay88 in a separate gateway. This is stated in our Security and Privacy Policy which you can find here security and privacy policy

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Designer Blooms delivers 10AM to 8PM from Mondays to Saturdays.

  • Due to congested and unpredictable nature of traffic, we do not commit to exact delivery times

  • We provide next day deliveries for online orders placed before 3PM. Orders placed after that time are to be delivered the day after or any other day as selected by the customer on the cart page. This is subject to change during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.

LATE DELIVERIES

  • As stated in our delivery policy, we do not commit to exact delivery times due to congested and unpredictable nature of traffic.

 

FAILED, RETURNED OR NON-DELIVERIES

  • Designer Blooms shall not be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to the following:

  • If the recipient is not at the specified delivery address

  • If no one responds to the doorbell after a sufficient amount of time

  • If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery

  • In the event that one of the above mentioned instances occurred, Designer Blooms reserves the right to charge for re-delivery.
